Synopsis

Barefoot on a shag carpet in the 2000s, a pregnant woman opens up.

A choreography of intimate monologue, drag, dirty jokes and an electric lazy-boy. A wicked family reunion party.

Explore in-depth the captivating world of Stéphanie Morin-Robert, storyteller extraordinaire and creator of the international hit BLINDSIDE, as she continues to push the limits of her own comfort and that of her audience.

SOFT SPOT is a dark comedy that will take you through the highs and lows of her rocky pregnancy and delivery, while making you laugh with her most embarrassing sexual stories to date.

But behind the laughter lurks a shadow... Get ready for a hilarious, twisted collision of two parallel stories: that of a woman becoming a mother for the first time, and that of a retired man exposing the complexities of his existence and the lives he's touched.

An emotional striptease roller-coaster that will birth a new revelation (or two?), where our society's biggest taboos are laid bare.

Subtitles available in English and French.

Question-and-answer session with the artists after each show.

Childcare available on Friday, October 25 in the TCM Studio. In partnership with FPFM.
